Privacy Policy

On your device by default. The information you enter during setup — such as your sport, goal, age, height, and weight — along with your workouts and food logs, stays on your device unless you choose to create an account and turn on backup and sync.

AI generation. To create your program and meal suggestions, your inputs are sent to our processing service solely to generate that content, and are not stored, logged, or linked to you afterward.

Optional account. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name if you share it, your email address or Apple private-relay email, your account identifier, and session data. We use this information only to operate your account.

Backup & sync. If you enable backup and sync, your workouts, food logs, profile information (age, sex, height, and weight), and goals and dietary targets are stored on our servers so they can be restored across your devices. PULSE encrypts this data before storage with per-user AES-256-GCM keys. Account and synced data are stored with Cloudflare under European Union jurisdiction and are never sold.

Service protection. We process transient technical data, such as your IP address, only to rate limit requests and prevent abuse. We do not use it for profiling.

No tracking. PULSE does not track you, use advertising identifiers, run ads, or sell your data.

Deleting your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time. This immediately and permanently removes your account and synced data and revokes Apple or Google access. It never affects data stored on your device; deleting the app removes your on-device data.

Your rights. You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@getpulse.fit.

Changes. If we make material changes to this policy, we will post them on this page. Please also review our Terms of Service.
