Example weeks from PULSE. Yours is built around your level, your days and your goals.

Every day has its card.

Today shows the session, how long it takes and every exercise with its target. Swipe for tomorrow or tap any day of the week. Rest days are part of the plan, with water and an easy option if you still want to move.

  • Start sessionEvery set, rep and rest, ready when you are.

Miss a day. The plan moves.

Can't train on Thursday? Say so, and Thursday's session moves to your next free day, for this week only. Swap two days, take today off, and undo any of it.

Log. Rest. Finish.

Sets fill in from last time, the rest timer follows you to the Lock Screen, and the finish shows what the session added up to.

  1. Log a set in one tap.

Weights and reps fill in from last time. Tap the set, and the rest timer starts.

  2. Rest on the Lock Screen.

The timer counts down on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with 30 more seconds or Skip right there.

  3. Finish, and see the work.

Your session draws itself as a pulse, one beat per exercise, as tall as the work. New bests light up in mint.

Most exercises come with a video you can slow to half speed or watch full screen. Live Activities need iOS 16.1 or later; their buttons, iOS 17 or later.

Log a meal in seconds.

Snap it, say it, search it or scan the barcode. PULSE counts calories, protein, carbs and fat against targets set for your goal.

One photo. Every food on the plate.

Scan a meal and PULSE finds each food and estimates how much is there. Change any amount before you add it.

Count weeks, not days.

A week counts when its sessions are done. Rest days never break it, a missed session can be made up early the next week, and you can pause it when you're sick or away.

Questions

How much does PULSE cost?

PULSE is free to download and use.

Which sports does it work for?

Any sport you name. Pick from the common ones, like running, BJJ, powerlifting or football, or type your own. You can add up to two more sports, and PULSE builds the week around all of them.

Do I need an account?

No. Everything works without one. Sign in with Apple or Google only if you want a backup and sync, or more messages with Coach.

Does it work offline?

Your plan, your workouts, logging and searching the foods on your phone all work offline. Building a plan, Coach, Chef, meal scan, voice log, barcodes and brand search need a connection.

Which iPhones does it run on?

Any iPhone with iOS 16.1 or later.

Does it work with Apple Health?

Yes. PULSE can save your finished workouts to Apple Health and read your steps and latest weight. You choose what to share, and Apple Health data is never used for advertising.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, open Settings from your profile card on Progress and choose Delete account. That removes your account and its backup at once. Deleting the app removes what's on your phone.

Which languages is PULSE in?

English, Arabic, Spanish, French and Indonesian. Your plan is written in your language too.

Is PULSE medical advice?

No. PULSE is for general fitness and nutrition. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or eating plan, especially if you have a health condition.
