Your plan
Change your sport, days or goals. Open Settings from your profile card on Progress and choose Sport. Changing your sport builds a new plan, with your answers filled in.
Move a session this week. On Today, tap Adjust week (the sliders button). Tap a day to swap it, rest today, or mark a day you can't train. Every change can be undone.
The plan didn't build. Building a plan needs a connection and takes a few seconds. If it fails, try again in a minute. If it keeps failing, email us.
Workouts
The rest timer isn't on my Lock Screen. Live Activities need iOS 16.1 or later and must be allowed: Settings, then PULSE, then Live Activities. Their buttons need iOS 17 or later.
A workout isn't in Apple Health. Open Settings in PULSE, then Apple Health, and check it's connected. In the Health app, check PULSE may write workouts.
Videos don't play. Videos need a connection the first time. The next workout's videos are saved on Wi-Fi so they play offline.
Food
A scan or voice log is off. They're estimates. Tap any food to change its amount or remove it before you add it.
I can't scan any more today. Meal scan and voice log have 5 uses each a day. They come back at midnight UTC; the app shows when. Search and Quick add always work.
A barcode isn't found. Barcodes come from Open Food Facts, and some products aren't there yet. Search for the food, or add it as a custom food.
Account and backup
Move to a new iPhone. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on the new iPhone, and your backup comes back.
Delete everything. See Delete your account.
